ANTI-TRUST,
FROM MY PERSPECTIVE
A Brief Observation

In considering the modern forms of fiscal transgression such is anti-trust, I seem to be gravitated toward observing it as a form of developed social mutation being as result in combination of various, previously existing human tendencies.
In no complicated terms, it is a mutation... and perhaps so predominantly consisting of aspects comprised of mis-use/application of laws concerning various forms of fraud (as per illegal tax shelters for instance), laws concerning extreme areas of socio-economic violations (as per mis-use of funds for instance), and elements of previously existing (and obviously mutated) human tendency of the sort which wrought the market crash some decades ago. More so, an emulation through observation and perhaps even some mutated want to be affiliated with that sort of business etho's (as wrong as that sounds).
From what I can discern in regard to the use in application of existing laws, in many cases within modern communication technology, it is that there are actually people which do nothing much more than find something of considerable value to then exploit within the motion of mis-application of said laws. Simply scrolling through personal information to then implement said out of context usage in then appropriating what ever may be seen as the desired holdings.
Again, this aspect I see as being of the mutated application concerning mechanisms developed and implemented in the interest of thwarting fraudulent deposit and holding of large sums and worth.. simply then within the mutated progression, being employed in the appropriation of anything seeming to be unguarded against said misuse.
In no complicated terms, finding some desired worth/value/holdings of some one else, to then fabricate reasons for such appropriation beyond the illegal and un-ethical appropriation.
There seems to be a nails in the gutter aspect of this dynamic as well, within and from areas of supposed authority and establishment. Seemingly even welcoming said transgressions in the effort and want to bind said funds/value/holdings in frivolous and fictitious legal battles so as to divvy the said fund(s) between the transgressor (false claimants) and the supposed legal representation concerned on both sides of the actually non-existent issue.
It is truly a valueless exchange and is entirely within and of the developed (mutated) consumer mind set with no consideration beyond the want of appropriating that which is seen to be someone else's in the stead of simply producing for one's self for instance.
In no uncertain terms within modern communications and said remnants of application concerning business etho's... within that dynamic, regardless of what peripheral static and friction can be manufactured, they might just as well simply be transferring said holdings without the drama and fabricated silliness. Essentially such is all that the anti-trust dynamic amounts to even within the consideration of what ever manufactured reasons/justifications can be produced.
Such is the aspect which then hearkens back to the standards of and around the market crash which was so devastating... though within the mutated aspects of such emulated development, it is much less efficient even if a person can consider that.. and to consider it, there is really no one that could not be slandered in a gossip sense.
Why then would such justify said forms of procurement?
Some of this dynamic being tolerated as it seems to be, is as mentioned - seeming to be of the want to inspire some dependence on some other fiscal entity. As if to say that a person must be affiliated with a larger corporate/fiscal interest or such violations don't matter in the least.... which itself is a comedic contradiction within the tolerated dynamic given that it doesn't seem to be of much concern if it is that a person commits their holdings to a larger corporate interest. As if then to say that it is acceptable to continue and promote said method onto.into someone else's existing worth.
The use of existing laws having been created to put into motion a sort of greater efficiency between human tendency and established social standards, is itself an interesting observation. It seems, within the digression of the automated aspects concerning such areas, that there has been a great loss in understanding pertaining to the established standards and efficient use in application... which I believe is very much of initial reasons that spawned anti-trust as we know it.
Those laws having been established to thwart the violations concerning tax evasion for instance, put into motion a ball game of sorts of its own when a person then really considers human tendency. Such then seems to have mutated within the automated aspects of said, into almost an expected remittance of even valid and legitimate trusts and holdings once an interested party finds the holdings and personal information of the rightful recipient. As if the manufacture of reasoning within the misuse of existing standard, is somehow within that pre-existing ball game when really it is nowhere near even the basic social efficiencies of which said social dynamic had been.
I suppose that some of it is simply ethics and moral issues concerning fiscal interests.. which itself is an area in which many of those seeking to appropriate utilize in said manufactured reasoning. "Find the holdings, find the personal information, implement a series of slanderous - though avoided - legal concerns while then existing as some form of representation regarding the non-existent issues."
Such isn't even an efficient fiscal relationship within said human tendency which such standards were implemented to maximize as per productive result.
To even venture farther concerning said inefficiencies.. such tactics even act as a greater inefficiency regarding those established uses of human tendency. They are even a detriment unto themselves in that larger sense. Most times seeming to digress of itself into some game of looking like the good guy which ever side of the issue the issues may sway toward.
It is entirely of a consumer mind set and consideration. Seeing that which someone else possesses, and wanting of it without that which is required to build such efficiencies of and for themselves.
As I consider such within the observation of other modern tendencies.. it again only indicates validity within said observations concerning the digression of our society of said automation. It is possible to even achieve the highest offices in the land with no further concerns or mind set than that of the average consumer. Such having transpired for such a time within said digression that much of said isn't even seen... much less considered beyond those ever shrinking consumer concerns.
The apparent acceptable use in application within the legal realm for instance, of said misuse - indicates further the consumer based reasoning of and within the digressing automation as per such social dynamic concerns. It would appear that there are even areas of geographic concern, which actually are becoming of the mind set that such tactics are the normal and standard application.... as if even to be the standard form of appropriation.
It isn't even fiscal head hunting... but more a rat feeder that is no longer even utilized to a considerable degree of efficiency.
There is really no one at the helm as the ship plummets so to speak... though there are plenty of people seeming to be standing at the helm in that sense... continually progressing with said digression of automated aspects concerning social dynamic.... within said conditioned aspects of the digression, having no concern of/for said social digression - not even having the potential of recognizing it since it is that the employed tactics are of the conditioned aspect in being seen as correct.
As I consider it, it speaks of a form of desperation that is hard to consider having been promoted much less developed.
A want even, to be seen as important in any way possible while actually damaging the more efficient paths to attain such importance. Even damaging previously existing and efficient relationships which acted to produce such ease in means of attaining a more legitimate importance and even worth.
I have even heard it justified as being of an International Standard in social and economic application.
I can only surmise that such is entirely preposterous for various reasons and more so in the obvious aspect of such being propagated in said efforts to be seen as important and perhaps even more knowledgeable about such than someone else. As if to keep one hand not knowing what the other is really doing - and within said digression, thinking it to be effective and efficient... while presumably producing an area of importance for those having propagated such.
I cannot consider such as actually any form of international standard. There are far too many thriving economies for such to be of any truth concerning said tactics. Perhaps it is of an international standard regarding the less than efficient economic and social atmospheres? themselves then, within such a consideration, really only acting as representative of being at a given area along a developmental path regarding social and economic progresses which have been previously established in other, more prosperous nations.
To consider that, it then poses the potential problem of such development then transpiring with too much speed within established pathways and normality's. to sustain thriving economic relations in that larger sense - global so to speak - there must exist an efficient level of said progresses... and hopefully progresses which would not simply manifest as reproductions - re-runs, of previously successful ploys as per verbatim.
i believe that would be a waste of potential within the progress of human social concerns itself. To simply reproduce already established consistencies would eventually only become inefficient. The common linear consideration of human development would seem to mandate said reproductions.. as if all forms of developmental progress must conform to a pre-established path of said. Instead of utilizing the potential motion(s) of and within said pre-established successes. To use the efficiencies produced of said pre-established dynamic to then contribute to other developmental potentials, as opposed to imposing them.
Anti-trust, as is commonly implemented, seems to be a detriment to and of such potentials as well.. though, in that larger sense beyond the consumer mind set and linear limitations, could then be considered as a developmental tribulation of itself... though, again as stated, it seems predominantly comprised of former inefficiencies only re-applied and mutated.
To say things are cyclical in such an observation, is itself to fail to see beyond the conditioned linear perspective. Itself being largely of the consumer mentality in such issues.
It is difficult beyond such considerations, to see any reason for the toleration of such tactics as is/are anti-trust methods of procurement.
As a destructive mechanism, it could be seen as efficient... but then a person must consider the reasoning of and within said consumer bents, that such would be applied with such ends in mind.
Do they even understand the potentials which are being compromised in such directions of reasoning?
Obviously not.
Within the consumer mind set and consideration of things presumably sought to destroy, there is this perspective of imposing some template of democracy (for instance as example), onto/into the lives of other cultures as mandate. Such is the same consumer mentality which is of said efforts to actually impose such a template instead of maximizing the potentials of the established successes.
They are both of the same mind set and concerns. None winning out on the other in considering the greater potentials.
Then of course in regard to existing social structures, there is (more so was) some unseen want in competing between ideologies. As if to be seen as applying/imposing a given ideology better than some other.
Truly though and again beyond the consumer mind set, there is no competition. Many of the predominant structures of our day, are of similar beginnings and very much of a general idea in establishing and sustaining an infallible level of productive and enjoyable living.
Idiot proof prosperity's for instance. Never again experiencing the fall of civilization to previously experienced degrees of failure and destruction.
The anti-trust tendency is of no consideration concerning such directions of human development. perhaps in the extremes, as mentioned, only a consumer based tool and method in a frivolous and fruitless battle to combat something obviously not understood within the mutated, automated areas of human social development.
To hate the idea of democracy for instance, is truly only to hate that which is perceived within and of the consumer based application of imposed considerations....
From what I can tell concerning the applied use of ideology as it seems to have been initially implemented (and considering the obvious foresight within said developmental potentials), such may even have been of a design to facilitate the exponential development/growth of human cognitive potentials... although, as copiously referenced here, our consumer direction seems to have taken priority and precedence.
As I consider this aspect.. it then indicates a probable use within the developed consistencies (automation), which is perhaps of such concerns? Then of course is the early implementation of electronics and even the industrial revolution that seem to have promoted a haste in the progress of said consumer mentality.
The anit-trust consistency again, simply indicates the level in which said digression and consumer mentality has progressed for which ever reason(s). Perhaps only a fold within the influx and re-learning process of this idea populated by the refuse of the planet in human form? Put forward from within and of populous not having been in such social consideration of station... to facilitate efficiencies for those seeing themselves as peasant, and those seeing themselves as some form of sovereign element. neither of which being able to sustain themselves previously of themselves for various reasons.
Things that must again be experienced to some degree by said changing demographic areas, within the developed considerations and ever progressing efficiency of civilization - even within the inefficiencies of the progressing rat feeder automation.
Actual efficiency and power within such considerations and of my opinion, is actually in facilitating and insuring efficient and legitimate exchange and commerce (as is this form of prosperity being sought, is based upon regarding commerce/power). Human tendency indicates that other forms are eminent as to occur, as can be seen in slight inconsistencies of even legitimate exchange and of course as can be seen within the present fold called Anti-trust.
